What do your patients like best about you?
They like that I take the time to listen to their health concerns and design natural solutions that address the root cause of the problem. They also like the wide variety of therapies that I am able to offer.
What do you notice about your clients?
My patients are interested in finding natural, long-term solutions to their health concerns. I like that my patients can see the benefit of preventative measures instead of only treating health crises.
Any tips for us?
A simple and natural way to prevent colds and flu is to regularly drink fresh ginger tea. It soothes digestion, enhances immunity, and warms you from the inside out.
What are some of your other accomplishments?
I received my Bachelors of Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University and my Naturopathy degree from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (BINM). Now I lecture at BINM in the areas of spinal manipulation, differential diagnosis, and clinical practice.
You must be busy. Any hobbies?
Photography is my main hobby. I enjoy travelling and hiking, but I usually have my camera with me.
How about community involvement?
I used to volunteer with the Capilano Rugby club, but now I volunteer with the Argyle Secondary School football program.
Tell us something we don’t know about you.
I grew up in Lynn Valley and look forward to raising my family here also.
What have you learned from your business?
The Lynn Valley community is filled with hardworking, caring people who are all trying to make this the best place to live.
My plan is raise my family here in Lynn Valley and grow my practice into the leading naturopathic clinic on the North Shore.
