We're blessed with Lynn Valley's natural surroundings, and a new initiative will encourage more people to explore them. Lynn Valley LINK is a project under way to link existing trails into a circle route around the community, and into its hub.
You can play your part at the LV Community Association's annual Park Project on Saturday, May 13, which will tackle the power line area just off Mountain Hwy. in central Lynn Valley. More info, including a PDF describing the LINK project plans, is in our

LV Mall offers free photos of moms and kids
Moms and kids of all ages can have fun at the mall on Saturday, May 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at a Mother's Day photo station. It comes complete with dress-up props for creative touches, and the photographer will be happy to send you a complimentary digital photo.

Help build the community of the future!
Do you love living in Lynn Valley? So do we! That's why we really hope you'll come out for the LV Community Association AGM on Thursday, May 18, and take the opportunity to ask questions of North Van District town planner Tom Lancaster.
The LVCA works hard to give local residents the opportunity to learn more about, and give feedback on, issues affecting our neighbourhood. They also make sure we have fun events like the Christmas Tree Walk in December! Please click here

Grab a friend and get involved in behind-the-scenes adventure as a Lynn Valley Day volunteer! Janet Campbell is looking for youth, adults, groups and individuals to pitch in with decorating, ticket-taking, traffic-guiding, burger-flipping and more from June 16 through 18.
