Last year's was such a blast we are back: save the date! The annual hunt is scheduled for April 2nd 10-noon at Viewlynn Park again. Hop the kids on over for some family fun and prizes!

Will this Spring bring a busy real estate market? Homebuyer demand seems to depend on property type over the past few months. Apartment and attached homes continue to see strong demand across Metro Vancouver, while detached homebuyers are facing less competition at the moment.

That said, if fairly priced the average Lynn Valley detached home (especially if it has a mortgage helper) seems to have ample demand and can achieve multiple offers. This can be seen in the recent sale of 4110 Mountain Highway which sold with multiple and over the asking price.
