Step right up, fiends and phantoms — the official Dovercourt Crypt schedule for 2026 has risen from the grave! Rally your bravest companions and mark your calendars for one (or more!) of these fright-filled nights:

SNEAK PREVIEW NIGHT

October 16, 2026 from 6:30(ish) to 9:30 pm

‘SCARE-FREE’ HAUNTLING NIGHTS (actorless)

October 19–22 & October 26–29, 2026 (all Monday to Thursday dates), from 4:30 to 8:30 pm

FULL HAUNT EXPERIENCE

October 17–18 & October 23-25 & October 30, 2026 (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), from 6:30 to 9:30 pm

HALLOWEEN NIGHT

Friday October 31, 2026:

• Scare-Free Haunt: 3:00–6:00 pm

• Full Haunt: 6:30–9:00 pm

• Trick-or-Treating from 4:00 pm onward!

Admission to the Crypt is by cash donation, with proceeds once again going to the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund. Suggested minimum donation: $10/adult, $5/child — though you’re welcome to give more to support this frightfully good cause.

We’re also thrilled to announce that LynnValleyLife.com will be returning once again as an official Crypt sponsor for another year of spooky community fun.

A new bridge over Highway 1 is reconnecting North Shore neighbourhoods that have been separated for more than six decades. The City of North Vancouver officially opened the Crosscut Bridge on August 20.
