Earlier in the year we posted a request for a "home beyond repair" on our Facebook page.  Sure enough, the owner of 1380 Ross Rd. stepped up and now we have a happy seller and a new custom home that will be built this spring.  If you know of anyone else looking to sell and make way for some thoughtful new construction, please contact Jim or Kelly and they will help make it happen from their stable of builders and families looking to build!
