Tell us about your other accomplishments.
This is the first restaurant of my own, but I have been in the hospitality industry for many years, including my involvement in running many of my family’s restaurants in Gatineau, Quebec and on Vancouver Island.
Do you have time for any hobbies?
Sure – cooking and creating new dishes, yoga, fashion, volunteering, bicycling, reading, and walks on the seawall.
How about community involvement?
Youth entrepreneur program, Lynn Valley Legion, Boy and Girl Scouts, The Parish of Saint Agnes Anglican Church, Lions Club, Lynn Valley School fundraising.

Yes – opening a restaurant in sunny California to be reunited with my family!
