Business booming for sponsoring realtors

Every so often, LynnValleyLife likes to take the time to thank our sponsoring realtors, Jim Lanctôt and Kelly Gardiner of RE/MAX Crest. Without their willingness to plunge feet-first into the community project that is LynnValleyLife, we wouldn't have a website to be writing this upon!Of course, much of the thanks also goes to you. With all your clicks, your 'thumbs-ups' and your participation in our various community campaigns, we have together managed to build a Network of about 1,500 local residents. So when our sponsors call on your help for a client, there's usually someone out there who can deliver!When Jim and Kelly are trying to find a particular type of property for a client, pushing out a description on our various news and social media channels almost always elicits some great leads. And when they are trying to find a buyer for one of their current listings, those same contacts and channels help maximize the opportunity for a quick sale.In fact, Jim and Kelly have sold four properties in this past week alone - and most of them weren't on the market for more than a day or two!So thanks to them, and thanks to you, LynnValleyLife.com continues to be a virtual water cooler, around which we can share the news of the neighbourhood. We've created some fun community initiatives, such as our Good Neighbour Award and Project Sunflower, and we've enjoyed the new friends and neighbours we've met along the way.
