What do customers like about your business?
Customers say that they like us because we are a business that caters to the customer’s specific needs. We do what our customer wants, and how they want it done. We are willing to help our clients any way we can.
What can you tell us about your clients?
Our clients are people who want to build a relationship with us. We get to know their needs and they feel comfortable with us being in their home. We love the fact that we work with young professionals and families as well as seniors.
Any tips for us?
It is important to listen and have respect for your clients. If you pay attention to small details then you will be helping in a big way.
What are your other interests?
I have recently stumbled upon Norwex products that allow us to clean without a huge amount of chemicals. It is safer for the environment and our customers as well as being healthier for our staff!
Hobbies?
I have three beautiful daughters who are growing into amazing young women. I love to ski, canoe, sail and sew. Recently, I have enjoyed learning how to garden!
What about community involvement?
I have always been very involved in my children’s school life and was instrumental in helping to develop an independent school in Lynn Valley (Brockton).
I was also a Brownie and Girl Guide Leader in Lynn Valley for approximately seven years.
Tell us something we don’t know about you!
I learned how to paraglide and I have taken approximately 25 solo flights. I also considered representing Canada in the Olympics in Archery back in the 80s.
What’s your business taught you?
I had a fair amount of business experience before starting Spot On Services, but I am thrilled to be working closer to home and providing the community that I live in with a worthwhile service.
Any future plans?
I hope to eventually branch in to home organization/downsizing for seniors.
