Phase One will see 2 concrete, air-conditioned residential buildings constructed on the site of the former library and parkade. Only 109 suites are available in this initial release and will feature 1, 2 and 3 Bdrm floor-plans that range in size from 550 to 2,266 square feet (pricing is still being finalized). This is the first concrete, air-conditioned development to be offered for sale in Lynn Valley – ever!
